Visio Professional 2002 is a comprehensive tool for technical professionals. It includes all the solutions previously available in Visio 2000 Technical Edition, as well as those in Visio 2000 Standard Edition and Visio 2000 Professional Edition. Microsoft Visio Enterprise Network Tools is an add-on for Microsoft Visio Professional 2002 that includes advanced tools (previously available in Visio 2000 Enterprise Edition) for diagramming network infrastructure and directory structure. Features include: - Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 shapes: Define and communicate Microsoft Exchange 2000 plans and configurations using the Exchange Objects stencil shapes in the Active Directory solution
- Improved Web site mapping: Control Web site discovery and layout. The List window makes navigation easy by displaying Web site elements in a tree view
- Web site reports: Generate a complete report of all the links in a Web site, including broken links. The reporting tool can even identify changes in a Web site since it was last diagrammed
- Save as Web page: Publish Visio diagrams as Web pages with a property view that displays custom property data for shapes. Shapes can also display multiple hyperlinks for enhanced navigation capabilities
- Enhanced project scheduling: Import dates and tasks from Microsoft Project files into Gantt charts and timelines. Export information in a Visio timeline to create a Gantt chart, and vice versa. The Timeline solution is faster and has enhanced milestone behaviour
