Job Description:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent -- 1+ years of experience building software applications with an emphasis on web and multi-tiered systems.
Technical knowledge in the following areas:
* J2SE 1.4/1.5
* Knowledge of basic design patterns
* Java Servlets API
* MVC frameworks (preferably Spring MVC)
* Template engines, such as JSP, Velocity, FreeMarker
* HTML and JScript basics (DHTML is a plus)
* Basic working knowledge in RDBMS/SQL, JDBC
* Basic working knowledge in TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP protocols and related APIs in Java
* Other tools: CVS/SVN, Eclise 3.x, Ant 1.5+, JUnit

Primary Responsibilities:
* Implement systems and modules primarily in Java in diversified environment, on time, with high quality
* Adjust rapidly to required APIs of third-party vendors
* Develop automatic build and deployment scripts
* Follow specifications and guidelines
* Create and execute unit and system test plans on own code and work closely with Quality Assurance and System Administration on system testing, bug resolution, and performance tuning
* Maintain API documentation
* Work with the Client Support to resolve customer issues as needed
